White Bread/Rolls

Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups flour
Combine in bowl, Add:
2 1/2 cups milk 105*-110* degrees(pretty warm)
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
Beat until smooth, Add:
4 cups flour

Test stickiness, add up to 1 cup flour if needed (Dough should be stiff but smooth in texture)
Let rise until doubled in size. Punch down and shape into 2 loaves of bread or rolls. Put in greased pan and let rise again until doubled. Bake at 350* degrees for about 20-25, until golden brown.

These rolls are beautifully fluffy and delicious!

Special thanks to Brianna Wheeler for the recipe:)
